Laura Fodor is an associate attorney with Burns, Figa & Will. Laura practices primarily in the areas of corporate finance, business formation and governance, securities compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. She also serves as the Newsletter Liaison for the Colorado Bar Association’s Business Law Section.
Laura graduated from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 2020 with a certificate in Corporate and Commercial Law. While in law school, Laura participated in the Community Economic Development Clinic assisting small businesses and start-ups with corporate and transactional matters. Prior to attending law school, Laura graduated from the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business, where she majored in Business Information and Analytics.
Laura is from Farmington, New Mexico and enjoys paddleboarding, soccer, running, and traveling.
