Chad Lieberman is a shareholder of Burns, Figa & Will, P.C.

Mr. Lieberman’s practice is comprised of product liability matters, premises liability actions, commercial disputes, construction litigation, oil/gas well failures, trucking claims, and personal injury claims.  Mr. Lieberman acts as national, regional, and local counsel in matters concerning tires, passenger vehicles, heavy trucks, automotive component products, industrial component products, plumbing component products, well component products, consumer products, elevators, and more.  His caseload extends from California to Maine, in which he represents domestic and internationally based manufacturers, fabricators, distributors, and service providers.

Mr. Lieberman coordinates and oversees expert inspections of products and accident scenes throughout the country.  He regularly retains and deposes experts in the fields of accident reconstruction, vehicle dynamics, biomechanics, engineering, human factors, trucking regulations, and data recovery (ACMs/ECMs/ELDs/GPS/cellphone/etc.).

Mr. Lieberman is licensed to practice in Colorado and Illinois and is routinely admitted pro hac vice in matters throughout the country to handle litigation and trials in both state and federal courts.
