Olga Zhivnitskaya is an associate attorney at the Firm, working primarily with our litigation team. Her practice focuses on business, commercial, and real estate litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Olga served as an appellate law clerk for the Honorable Diana Terry on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
Olga attended the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law. During law school, apart from her full time employment as a legal assistant, she took advantage of many great learning opportunities. She served as an editor of the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy and earned Scholastic Excellence Awards in Trial Practice and Administrative Law courses. She also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Neil M. Gorsuch on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Honorable David Furman on the Colorado Court of Appeals.
In her free time, she enjoys challenging workouts, running, yoga, ballroom dancing, and exploring beautiful Colorado.
