Lauren M. Collins
Lauren M. Collins is a transactional associate attorney at the firm. Lauren assists clients on a broad range of transactional matters with her practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, with additional experience in equity and debt capital raising. She has counseled clients across many different industries, including technology, food and beverage, software, telecommunications, medical device manufacturing, mining, renewable energy and oil and gas.
Ms. Collins completed her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she focused on corporate and commercial law. During law school, Ms. Collins served as a senior staff editor on the University of Denver Water Law Review, worked as a judicial extern to former Colorado Supreme Court Justice Gregory J. Hobbs, Jr., and gained valuable experience as a legal extern at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Enforcement. Ms. Collins had the honor of receiving numerous scholarships, including the prestigious Bruce B. Johnson Memorial Scholarship.
Prior to law school, Lauren enjoyed working for a major Las Vegas casino while earning her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she majored in political science and served as a senator representing the liberal arts college within student government.
