Georginne Dudash is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Georginne counsels businesses and individuals through virtually all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development and finance. Her experience includes purchase and sale contracts, leases, easements, restrictive covenants, and title and survey review. She has represented clients with commercial, residential and mixed-use development projects, including multi-site and multi-state transactions. Georginne also has experience in the areas of public finance and special district representation. Georginne is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Wyoming.
