Kole Kelley is an associate attorney at the Firm. His practice covers natural resources law, general litigation, and water law.

Kole completed his J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he earned a certificate in Constitutional Rights and Remedies. Additionally, Kole was a member of the University of Denver Water Law Review during all three years of law school, serving as a staff editor, business editor, and finally the Volume 22 Editor-in-Chief.

Kole currently serves on the Colorado Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers Committee and is a member of Class 6 of the Colorado Farm Bureau Elite Leadership Academy.

Kole spends his free time helping on his family’s ranch, supporting local 4H exhibitors, and over-analyzing his fantasy football lineup.
